In regard to materials produced and copyrighted by AARP, AARP grants non-profit legal services programs the right to download these materials, copy them, and adapt them for their own use; however, AARP must be acknowledged on all copies and at no time shall these materials be sold of a fee charged for their use. 

These substantive materials contain useful information for any legal services program. The Frequently Asked Questions Manuals contain information useful for legal services staff in providing advice to clients, the Self-Help Guides provide information aimed at helping individual clients.
