DEBTOR PROTECTION KIT

With the rising costs of health care, prescription drugs, and basic living expenses, many Michigan seniors have turned to credit cards to provide them with additional funds to survive each month. There are also other conditions that arise that plunge seniors into significant indebtedness.
The Legal Hotline for Michigan Seniors receives many calls each month from seniors in the state wanting to know what they can do to get out of this situation. In order to be proactive, the attorneys at the Hotline have put together The Debtor Protection Kit.
